Having started as a pretty
successful doubles players, Samantha Stosur seems to have been on an
upswing with her singles the past few years. I think a little like
Lindsay Davenport, who started pretty well in doubles but it took her a
few years to really be competitive in singles. Then she had a great
career! So maybe it has taken Stosur a few years to really develop her
