It says you get 30 minutes for singles, and 45 min. for doubles,

then you'd have to release the court to others.

How do you finish playing in 30 minutes even if you're only playing one set?

I guess you could if you almost bagel your opponent, but don't you have to warm up too....

foolish rule i must say but all the public courts have something similar like that to give chance to everyone.
